音乐专业作为与市场经济、社会发展密切相关的学科,具有较强的实践性,因此开展“校企合作”具有一定现实意义。通过加强学校与企业之间的交流与合作,整合理论与实践两种教育资源,为学生创设良好的学习环境,提升综合素质与能力水平,与当前素质教育的人才培养要求相符。本文结合笔者实际工作经验,对地方高校音乐专业实行校企合作的重要性进行分析,并提出构建校企合作体系的具体建议,以提高音乐专业教学的针对性与实效性。
As a discipline closely related to market economy and social development, music majors have strong practical significance. Therefore, carrying out “school-enterprise cooperation” has certain practical significance. By strengthening the exchange and cooperation between schools and enterprises, integrating two educational resources of theory and practice, creating a good learning environment for students and enhancing the overall quality and ability level, in line with the current personnel training requirements for quality education. Based on the author ’s practical working experience, this paper analyzes the importance of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in the music specialty of local colleges and universities, and puts forward specific suggestions on how to build the cooperation system between universities and enterprises so as to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the teaching of music major.
