对丽珠赛乐（国产脑活素）治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（ＨＩＥ）的疗效进行了观察，并与胞二磷胆碱治疗组进行比较。通过对临床症状恢复时间及２０项新生儿行为神经评分来判定药物疗效。结果表明，丽珠赛乐与胞二磷胆碱治疗新生儿ＨＩＥ的疗效无明显差异，均能在７～９天使神经症状明显好转或消失。两药合用与单用的疗效也基本相同。
The curative effect of the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) by CZL (domestic-made cerebrolysin) was observed and compared with citicoline treatment group. Through clinical symptoms recovery time and 20 newborn behavioral neurological score to determine the efficacy of the drug. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the treatment effect of Cristobal and citicoline on neonatal HIE, and the neurological symptoms improved or disappeared in 7-9 days. The two drugs combined and single effect is basically the same.
