腭裂术后常见的并发症有创口裂开或穿孔和术后出血。本文就我院1963—1984年收治;记录完整的1108例腭裂术后病例中所发生的38例术后出血病例作初步分析。临床资料本文所指的腭裂术后出血是指患者术前全身健康情况良好,出血时间、凝血时间、血色素、肝功能等试验检查均在正常值内所施行了的腭裂手术,术后当日或几天后出现口腔、鼻腔严重出血或反复多次出血,肉眼观为全血的病例。
Common complications after cleft palate are splitting or perforation of the wound and postoperative bleeding. This article was admitted to our hospital from 1963 to 1984; a complete record of 1108 cases of postoperative cleft palate occurred in 38 cases of postoperative bleeding for preliminary analysis. Clinical data referred to in this article bleeding after cleft palate refers to patients with good preoperative systemic health, bleeding time, clotting time, hemoglobin, liver function tests were performed within the normal values of the cleft palate surgery on the day after surgery or a few Days after the mouth, severe nasal bleeding or repeated multiple bleeding, the naked eye for the case of whole blood.
