目的了解、分析胸部X线摄片在临床上对Ⅱ型肺结核的诊断可靠性。方法收集我院6年间经胸部X线片确诊的Ⅱ型肺结核98例,分析在其诊断中X线摄片的重要价值。结果从胸部X线片上表现出不同的发病特点,诊断Ⅱ型肺结核肯定,且该检查具有安全、无创、快速、简便、易于操作的特点,在临床诊断中具有其它辅助检查不可替代的重要位置,提高了Ⅱ型肺结核在临床上的诊疗效果。
Objective To understand and analyze the diagnostic reliability of chest X-ray in clinical diagnosis of type Ⅱ pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 98 cases of type Ⅱ pulmonary tuberculosis confirmed by chest X-ray in 6 years in our hospital were collected. The value of X-ray radiography in diagnosis was analyzed. Results The chest X-ray showed different characteristics of onset, the diagnosis of type II pulmonary tuberculosis was positive, and the examination was safe, noninvasive, rapid, simple and easy to operate. It had an important irreplaceable position in clinical diagnosis, Improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of type Ⅱ tuberculosis.
