电子政务是政府机构使用计算机、网络和通讯等现代信息技术手段,实现组织结构和工作流程的优化重组,超越时间、空间和部门分隔的限制,建成一个精简、高效、廉洁、公平的政府运作模式,以便全方位地向社会提供优质、规范、透明、符合国际水准的管理与服务。笔者介绍电子政务网站用户登录系统和用户权限的设计和实现过程,首先介绍相关的概念和运用的技术;其次以ASP.NET为开发平台,使用C#语言开发,数据库采用的是SQL 2005数据库。根据使用系统的用户类别不用,设置了不同的用户权限,保证系统的稳定。最后对系统进行测试。
