目的:观察射干麻黄汤加味联合吸入剂治疗寒哮的临床疗效。方法:将72例寒哮型哮喘患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各36例,对照组单用布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂与沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上合用射干麻黄汤加味治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.44%,对照组为83.33%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中医症状评分及肺功能治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组EOS计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:吸入剂与射干麻黄汤加味合用可使寒哮患者的临床症状缓解,气道炎症高反应性减轻,肺功能得到改善。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shegan Mahuang Decoction plus inhalation in the treatment of chills. Methods: A total of 72 patients with cold-induced asthma were randomly divided into treatment group (36 cases) and control group (36 cases). The control group was treated with budesonide formoterol inhalation alone and salbutamol aerosol. On the basis of the control group Combined Shegan Mahuang decoction treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 94.44% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in EOS count between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of inhalant and Shegan Mahuang decoction can alleviate the clinical symptoms, reduce the high reactivity of airway inflammation and improve the lung function.
