我们用YG6硬质合金切刀头磨成钻头,在厚度小于5mm的玻璃上加工通孔(孔径小于8mm),效率高、成本低、加工质量也较好。其钻头形状如附图所示,四个切削刃在同一圆周上,刃后面开槽,便于排屑并保持刃的锋利。加工时先把钻头装夹在小台钻的钻卡中,调整钻头,使其旋转时径向偏差摆动小于0.2mm,并保持旋转平稳,以避免因振动而使玻璃破碎。钻削前应把工作台整理干净,在玻璃下面垫放一块木板,并把玻璃垫平垫实.
We use YG6 carbide cutter head ground into bits, through-holes (aperture less than 8mm) in the glass thickness of less than 5mm, high efficiency, low cost, processing quality is better. The drill bit shape as shown in the figure, the four cutting edges on the same circumference, the back of the blade slotted to facilitate chip removal and to maintain sharp edges. When processing, the drill bit is firstly clamped in the drilling card of a small bench drill, and the bit is adjusted so that the radial deviation swing when rotating is less than 0.2 mm, and the rotation is stable, so as to avoid breaking the glass due to vibration. Clean the workbench before drilling, put a piece of wood under the glass, and flatten the glass mat.
