目的分析栾华的挥发油成分。方法水蒸气蒸馏法提取栾华挥发油,并用GC-MS对其成分进行分析,并用面积归一化法测定各组分的相对含量。其中浸泡时间为20 h,加热8 h至挥发油量不再增加为止;GS-MS条件:DB-5MS毛细管色谱柱(0.2 mm×30 m,0.25μm);载气为高纯度氦气,流速为1 mL.min-1;质谱分析条件:EI电离源70 eV;离子源温度200℃。结果鉴定出了35个组分占总出峰面积的98.8%,并确定了其中主要成分的相对含量。结论栾华挥发油的主要成分为:3-甲基-4-羰基戊酸(49.71%)、n-十六酸(16.16%)、肉豆蔻酸(2.62%)、亚麻酸(2.38%)、9,12-十八碳二烯酸(2.36%)、2-十五酮(2.32%)、正三十六烷(2.17%)、苯乙醛(2.05%)。
Objective To analyze the volatile oil composition of Suihua. Methods The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization method. The soaking time was 20 h, heating 8 h until the volatile oil no longer increase; GS-MS conditions: DB-5MS capillary column (0.2 mm × 30 m, 0.25 μm); carrier gas is high-purity helium, flow rate 1 mL.min-1; mass spectrometry conditions: EI ionization source 70 eV; ion source temperature 200°C. As a result, 35 components accounted for 98.8% of the total peak area, and the relative contents of the main components were determined. Conclusion The main constituents of the volatile oil of Radix Puerariae are: 3-methyl-4-oxo-valeric acid (49.71%), n-hexadecanoic acid (16.16%), myristic acid (2.62%), linolenic acid (2.38%), 9 ,12-octadecadienoic acid (2.36%), 2-pentadecanone (2.32%), n-hexatridecane (2.17%), phenylacetaldehyde (2.05%).
