大力发展职业教育是我省“九五”期间以至2010年教育改革和发展的一项重要任务,也是我省实施“科教兴省”“打好四个硬仗”战略的重要举措。当前制约职业教育事业发展和质量提高的关键是教师。李岚清副总理在全国职教工作会议上指出:“目前职业教育专业教师数量不足,师资队伍整体素质亟待提高,要采取切实措施加以解决。”“有关高等学校要积极承担培养培训职业教育师资的任务”。
