研究了矿物质微膨胀剂、硅灰和减缩剂对混凝土材料体积稳定性的影响及其作用机理。结果表明:矿物质微膨胀剂具有较好的收缩补偿作用;硅灰增大了混凝土的干燥收缩,裂缝发展速率较快并且开裂程度较高;减缩剂可以大幅度降低混凝土的开裂敏感性,与其它外加剂相容性好。此外还介绍了研究的成果在盾构隧道管片中的生产应用情况。
The effects of mineral micro expansive agent, silica fume and shrinkage reducer on the volume stability of concrete and its mechanism were studied. The results show that the mineral micro-expansive agent has a good shrinkage compensation effect; silica fume increases the dry shrinkage of concrete, the crack development rate is higher and the cracking degree is higher; the shrinkage reducing agent can greatly reduce the cracking susceptibility of concrete, and Other admixtures good compatibility.
