《中华人民共和国预备役军官法》作为国防后备力量战线的一部重要法律,对于完善我国兵役制度和军队干部制度,加强军队建设和国防后备力量建设,增强全民国防观念,具有十分重要的意义。然而,正像一切法律一样,制定并不是目的,贫彻落实才能发挥作用,否则,再好也是一纸空文。因此,只有把预备役军官法的各项规定落实到行动上,才能保证和促进预备役军官队伍的建设,使国防后备力量建设上一个新台阶。 首先,要深入持久地抓好宣传,普及预备役军官法。预备役军官法,是广大预备役军官依法服预备役的法律规范,对广大预备役军官具有重要的规范、教育、鼓舞和激励作用,也是对全国军民进行爱国主义
