当教师已有两年多了。刚走上讲台的几件事,实在令我难以忘怀。尤其记得给学生上第一节课时,当我转身在黑板上写完一行字,后面学生开始议论:“字,写得还不如我们,还要我们练好字认真写作业,真可笑。”坦白讲,我的字很不好,学生说的都是实话。于是,我态度和蔼地说:“我的字很不好,很多人都笑话我,我尝到了这个苦头,我不希望大家再尝这个苦头了。如果大家不练好字,就会落得我今天的下场,被人笑话,还无法替自己开脱,真是哑巴吃黄连,有苦说不出。”学生笑了,笑声中有认可,也有理解。
