液压凿岩机近十多年来发展很快,它的高钻凿效率似乎抑制了传统产品气动凿岩机的优势。但气动凿岩技术的发展并未停滞不前。对气动凿岩机的需求量仍然很大。世界上仍有许多矿山,由于各种原因,如电源不足或预计开采期太短,无法满足换用液压凿岩设备的投资要求,但对提高生产率的要求却是普遍的。阿特拉斯·考普科公司生产的凿孔直径为35~89mm的COP900系列凿岩机的问世正能满足这一要求。这种已经改进的COP900气动凿岩机的性能与同类液压凿岩设备的性能极其相近。
Hydraulic rock drill has developed rapidly for more than 10 years. Its high drilling efficiency seems to restrain the advantages of the traditional pneumatic rock drill. However, the development of pneumatic rock drilling technology has not stagnated. Demand for pneumatic rock drills remains substantial. There are still many mines in the world. Due to various reasons, such as insufficient power supply or too short expected mining period, the investment requirements for the replacement of hydraulic rock drilling equipment can not be met. However, the requirements for increasing productivity are common. Atlas Copco’s COP900 series of rock drills with a bore diameter of 35-89 mm meet this requirement. The performance of this improved COP900 Pneumatic Rock Driller is very similar to the performance of similar hydraulic rock drilling rigs.
