目的应用升陷资生汤对患有反复呼吸道感染的患儿进行治疗的临床效果进行分析。方法抽取185例患有反复呼吸道感染的患儿分为对照组和治疗组。对照组39例患儿采用匹多莫德进行治疗;治疗组患儿采用升陷资生汤进行治疗。结果治疗组患儿呼吸道感染症状治疗效果明显优于对照组;总费用明显低于对照组;症状改善时间和实际用药时间也明显短于对照组。结论应用升陷资生汤对患有反复呼吸道感染的患儿进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Shengshizizheng decoction on children with recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods 185 cases of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were divided into control group and treatment group. In the control group, 39 cases were treated with Pidotimod. The treatment group was treated with Shengankanshitang Decoction. Results The therapeutic effect of respiratory symptoms in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group; the total cost was significantly lower than that in control group; the time for symptom improvement and the actual medication time were also significantly shorter than those in control group. Conclusion Clinical application of Shengshizizheng decoction in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection is very obvious.
