一是要发挥真理的力量。就是坚持理论灌输,坚持正面教育,以培养“四有”新人为目标,用马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平同志建设有中国特色的社会主义理论武装党员,教育干部,树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,从根本上解决好为谁服务的问题。不能把坚持理论教育说成是“老一套”、“空对空”、“不顶用”。坚持灌输,坚持正面教育,是思想政治工作的基本功,是“治本”工作,“健脑”工程,是其他措施所不能代替的。二是要发挥人格的力量。主要是树立典型,正面引导。比如开展学习孔繁森同志的活动,一个孔繁森,教育了亿万人。这是多么巨大的精神动力!其次,领导干部以身作则,率先垂范,要求群众做到的,自己首先做到,给干部职工做出榜样,是最现实、最有力的教育。三是要发挥舆论的力量。采用一切新的载体和形式,依靠正确的舆论导向营造小环境,使职工树正气,祛邪气,明确应该怎样做,不应该怎样做。四是要发挥物质的力量。加强精神文明建设和思想政治工作,光靠说空话不行。要把思想教育引导与物质利益调节结合起来,把鼓励教育职工无私奉献与关心职工切身利益结合起来,关心群众,解决职工的实际困难,使大家感到有干头,有奔头,有盼头,凝聚力就会大大增强。
