如何提高课堂教学实效,一直以来是教学一线教师苦于探究的课题。笔者以为,世界上再无哪一项工作能比教学这项工作更具互动性、双边性、灵活性和挑战性。究其原因,教学的对象是有自主选择意识的人。而这一群体又存在着生理特征、认知结构的差异性。所以笔者认为,提高教学实效的症结就在于调节诸多因素的关系,进而构建和谐课堂,使教者的教顺理成章;使学者的学水到渠成。那么又如何构建和谐课堂呢?本人结合自身教学实
How to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching has always been the subject of teaching teachers who suffer from exploration. The author believes that no other job in the world can be more interactive, bilateral, more flexible and more challenging than teaching.
