在现代企业的发展过程中,企业管理是一项非常重要的工作,企业管理的效果直接影响着整个企业的正常运转。在企业管理中,经常要使用各类媒体作为信息传递与交流的方式,在过去,企业管理主要结合了报纸、广播、电视等媒体,这些传统媒体有一定的优势,但是也具有时效性差、难以互动等问题,因此现在的企业管理往往借助于一些新兴媒体,例如数字电视、手机应用、网络等,尤其是手机和网络新媒体的出现极大地弥补了传统媒体在管理方面的缺点。本文详细分析了新兴媒体在企业管理中的优势,介绍目前新兴媒体的应用问题,并提出加强新兴媒体在企业管理运用中的有效措施。
In the process of the development of modern enterprises, business management is a very important task, the effect of business management directly affects the normal operation of the entire enterprise. In business management, often use all kinds of media as a way of information transmission and exchange. In the past, business management mainly consisted of media such as newspapers, radio and television.
