随着高职院校的不断发展以及进一步改革,注册入学招生模式也逐步在各个省市的高职院校逐步开展推广和试行,这也给高职院校带来了很多富有挑战性的问题,特别是在就业问题上,我国的高职院校是以培养实用型的技术人才为目标,它将教育的目标实用化,突出专业技术以及技能的学习,以提高学生的就业率。本人就注册入学下的高职院校学生实际现状进行分析,并探讨在注册入学的模式下如何培养新生的就业意识。
