本文从理论上对双极双差分混频器在高频时的交调失真进行了分析,并进行了计算机模拟,曲线示出了失真与几个归一化参数的关系。计算结果与单片四管混频器的测试结果进行了比较。
In this paper, the crosstalk of bipolar double differential mixer at high frequency is theoretically analyzed and the computer simulation is carried out. The curve shows the relationship between the distortion and several normalized parameters. The result of the calculation is compared with the test results of the monolithic four-tube mixer.
