对新研制成功的9400型直流仪器自动化检测系统进行了介绍和研究。该系统开辟了采用高新技术完成对高等级的直流电阻仪器进行量值传递的新途径,使检定级别提高了2个准确度等级,由手动测量改变为自动化测量,并利用微机进行数据处理,在检测手段上是一个新的突破。
