目的:测定天杏咳喘贴中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的大鼠离体透皮率。方法:以生理盐水为接受介质,采用HPLC测定盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱含量,考察天杏咳喘贴中2种成分的离体透皮率。结果:盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱24 h的离体透皮率分别为12.37%,12.04%,36 h的离体透皮率分别为14.81%,14.34%。结论:天杏咳喘贴中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的大鼠离体透皮率较高,为该制剂的临床疗效研究提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the transdermal rate in vitro of Tianxing Kechuan plaster ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in rats. Methods: The contents of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were measured by HPLC with physiological saline as the mediator, and the in vitro transdermal permeation rate of two components in Tianxing Kechuan paste was investigated. Results The in vitro transdermal rates of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were 12.37% and 12.04%, respectively. The transdermal transdermal rates of 36 and 39.8% were 14.81% and 14.34%, respectively. Conclusion: The transdermal dermal rate of rats in Tianxing Kechuan paste with ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride is high, which provides the basis for the clinical curative effect of this preparation.
