The structure of Mg-like ions, in particular the n=3 complex, has been extensively studied for manyyears. In most of the recent experimental studies of multiply charged Mg-like ions, the light sources havebeen laser-produced plasmas and fusion plasmas. In present study we have applied the beam-foilexcitation technique to investigate transitions of Mg-like Ni ⅩⅤⅡ.
