一、反革命案件情况陕西省各县法院在今年十个月来据不完全统计共受理刑事案件一一八八九件,其中反革命性质案件有五三三件,占刑事案百分之四.四八,近又统计陕省五二县在十月份尚存未结的反革命案一四七件,这是我们在清理积案中主要清理的案件。在已结案件中今年判处死刑者有五十九人,其中反革命性质犯有四十九人,我们对这些罪大恶极首犯判以死刑是正确的,是贯彻了「首恶必办」的原则。因此群众反映说:「除了我们的大害,以后好生产了」。如丹凤县在九月八日枪决恶霸罗正林、孙肇太时,群众反映说:「这一下把歪人(坏人)取消了,不是共产党来了,谁敢斗人家
