观察了氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉的23只健康家兔杏仁中央核(ACE)中心区微量注射谷氨酸钠(MSG)及利多卡因后对呼吸的影响。以膈神经放电为观测指标,结果是:1.ACE中心区微量注射细胞体兴奋剂MSG,吸气时程(Ti)延长,呼气时程(Te)缩短;2.微量注射利多卡因2min后,再于同一点注入等量MSG,则吸气延长效应明显减弱或消失;3.注射利多卡因,Ti缩短,Te延长,膈神经放电积分幅值(AMP)减小。提示ACE中心区在易化基本呼吸节律中可能起重要作用。
The effects of microinjection of glutamate (MSG) and lidocaine into the center of almond central nucleus (ACE) of 23 healthy rabbits anesthetized with urethane were observed. The phrenic nerve discharge as the observation index, the result is: 1.ACE central micro-injection of cell body stimulant MSG, inspiratory duration (Ti) extended, expiratory time (Te) shortened; 2. microinjection of lidocaine 2min After injection of MSG at the same point, the inspiratory prolongation effect was significantly weakened or disappeared.3. Injection of lidocaine, Ti shortened, Te prolonged and phrenic nerve discharge integral amplitude (AMP) decreased. Tip ACE central area in the facilitation of basic respiratory rhythm may play an important role.
