巴豆与大黄相伍,“其力反折”语出《良方》自序。自序中云:“巴豆善利也,以巴豆之利为未足,而又益之以大黄,则其力反折”(?)氏认为巴豆长于泻利,若与大黄相伍,其泻利作用反而减弱。明·李时珍也承袭他的理论,提出“巴豆与大黄同用,泻人反缓,为其(?)相畏也”。但据古人经验,以及近人药理研究,沈氏之言难成确论。就古方而言,二者同用意在增强疗效。汉·张仲景《金匮要略》三
