目的 观察细胞间粘附分子 (ICAM - 1)在急性髓细胞性白血病 (AML)骨髓活检切片中的表达及其临床意义。方法 骨髓活检标本应用冷丙酮固定、脱水 ,低温下乙二醇甲基丙烯酸 (GMA)浸渍包埋、聚合 ,然后用APAAP法行细胞间粘附分子的检测。结果 (1)细胞间粘附分子主要表达于骨髓基质细胞 ,且在急性髓系白血病骨髓中的表达有明显异质性。 (2 )AML未缓解组细胞间粘附分子表达高于缓解组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 在骨髓活检塑料包埋切片中可成功进行基质细胞及细胞外基质的研究 ,细胞间粘附分子高表达可作为预后不良的指标之一
Objective To observe the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule - 1 (ICAM - 1) in bone marrow biopsy of acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) and its clinical significance. Methods Bone marrow biopsy samples were fixed with cold acetone, dehydrated, embedded in ethylene glycol methacrylate (GMA) at low temperature, polymerized, and then detected by APAAP method. Results (1) The expression of intercellular adhesion molecule was mainly expressed in bone marrow stromal cells, and there was obvious heterogeneity in the bone marrow of acute myeloid leukemia. (2) The expression of intercellular adhesion molecule in untreated AML group was higher than that in remission group (P <0.05). Conclusion The study of stromal cells and extracellular matrix in bone marrow biopsy plastic-embedded sections can be successfully performed. The high expression of intercellular adhesion molecules may be one of the indicators of poor prognosis
