国企是我国企业中重要的组成部分,对于社会经济的发展和稳定有着重要作用,因此,提高国企的运营水平就显得十分重要。但是,在当前国企运营中,由于全面成本管理工作不到位,导致成本高、管理乱的现象普遍发生,严重地影响了国企经济效益。本文就对国企全面成本管理工作中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决对策,以提高成本管理的效果,提升国企的整体竞争力。
State-owned enterprises are an important part of Chinese enterprises and play an important role in social and economic development and stability. Therefore, it is very important to improve the operation of state-owned enterprises. However, in the current operation of state-owned enterprises, due to the fact that comprehensive cost management is not in place, the problems of high cost and disorderly management have taken place, which has seriously affected the economic benefits of state-owned enterprises. This article analyzes the problems existing in the overall cost management of state-owned enterprises and puts forward corresponding solutions to improve the effect of cost management and enhance the overall competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.
