本文提出了教育虚拟社区交往的规律与原则。教育虚拟社区交往的规律是:双向互动规律、施馈平衡规律、健康个性与团队精神共生共长规律。教育虚拟社区交往的原则是:目的与手段相统一原则、真诚可信原则、宽容原则、保持自我与尊重他人相结合原则、有序性原则。
This paper puts forward the rules and principles for the education of virtual communities. The rules of education in virtual community are: the law of two-way interaction, the law of balance of power and feed, the law of symbiosis of healthy individuality and team spirit. The principles for the education of virtual communities are: the principle of unity of purpose and means, the principle of sincerity and credibility, the principle of tolerance, the principle of combining the self and the respect of others, and the principle of orderliness.
