本文讨论了亚麻过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱分析的适宜方法,在此基础上对利用花粉管通道技术进行的亚麻外源DNA导入后代进行了过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱分析。结果表明:DNA导入后代与其受体的酶谱差异明显,主要表现为酶谱带数的不同和谱带染色深浅的差异。由此表明外源DNA片段(或基因)已整合到受体基因组中,并得到表达。
In this paper, we discussed the suitable method for the zymogram analysis of peroxidase isozymes in flax, and then analyzed the peroxidase isozymes of progeny of flax using the pollen tube channel technology. The results showed that there were significant differences in the enzyme patterns between the introduced offspring and their receptors after DNA introduction. The main differences were the number of zymograms and the differences in the depth of banding. This indicates that foreign DNA fragments (or genes) have been integrated into the recipient genome and expressed.
