采用小鼠扭体法、热板法对三棱不同炮制品的氯仿及正丁醇提取物进行镇痛作用研究。结果表明,三棱各炮制品的提取物均具较强的镇痛作用,其中以醋炙三棱的提取物镇痛强而持久。
The analgesic effect of chloroform and n-butanol extracts from different processed products of Sanren was studied by using the mouse writhing method and hot plate method. The results showed that the extracts of all the processed products of Sanren have strong analgesic effect, among which the extracts of Sanjiao Sanjiao have strong analgesia.
