第六届山东省创业中心协作网年会开得红红火火。进入12月的潍坊气候温暖如春。参会的姜厅长语重心长地和大家探讨着创业服务中心的发展、机遇和挑战。记者同姜厅长的对话分别来自记录、饭桌上、茶歇时,调研企业的过程中。对话未必系统,但所谈话题明显属于姜厅长的深思熟虑范畴。如同省厅高新处毕处长所言:姜厅长在北京开完十一五规划精神传达会后,在回山东的飞机上就开始写文章,一篇《关于建设创新型强省的几点思考》已形成可观的点击率。
