一、在培养选拔党外干部工作中切实抓好培养教育、选拔任用和发挥作用三个关键环节 把培养教育作为选拔党外干部的极其重要的基础性、经常性工作切实抓好。一是统战部门、组织人事部门要把党外干部培训摆上重要位置,总体规划,分批安排。在各级党校、行政学院、干部学院、高等院校,以及区外境外举办干部培训班时,都要注意选送党外干部参加,有条件的还可以像自治区党校这样举办专门的党外干部进修班。要通过资源整合、合作协作、增加投入等多种方式加强自治区和盟市社会主义学院建设,提高其教学水平,切实发挥好社会主义学院培训党外干部的基地作用。培训内容要包括政治思想教育、知识更新、能力提高等方面,要特别注意针对党外
