当现有油田不具备继续开发价值或现有管道达到使用寿命时,需要对管道进行废弃处理,北美地区相关经验丰富,而我国则缺乏实际操作经验。针对陆上输油管道的废弃处理技术,论述了最常用的两种管道弃置处理方案,即原位弃置和回收弃置的选择依据,探讨了土地使用管理、土地沉陷、土壤及地下水污染、管道洁净度、穿跨越河流、腐蚀、公路铁路及公共设施穿跨越、管道水流渗入处理、附属设施、废弃成本等因素对弃置方案选择的影响,从而形成具有工程指导意义的管道弃置方案选择依据。(表1,参6)
When the existing oilfields do not have the value of continued development or the existing pipelines have reached the end of their useful life, the pipelines need to be disposed of. Relevant experience in North America is abundant. However, China lacks practical experience. In view of the disposal technology of onshore oil pipeline, the two most commonly used pipeline disposal solutions are discussed, that is, the selection basis for in-situ disposal and recycling, discussing land use management, land subsidence, soil and groundwater pollution, pipeline cleanliness , Crossing across the river, corrosion, crossing of highway railways and public facilities, infiltration treatment of pipeline water flow, ancillary facilities and discard costs, which will lead to the choice of pipeline disposal scheme with engineering guidance.
