党的十一届三中全会拨乱反正,确立“解放思想、实事求是”的思想路线,实现工作重心转移到以经济建设为中心的轨道上来。国内能源短缺和70年代国际上的能源危机,日益受到国内有识之士的关切并进行重新思考。中国能源研究会和一些省（市）的能源研究会相继成立。1981年在江西省科协召开的全省节能学术座谈会上,与会代表提出建立江西省能源研究会的建议,后由江西省科学院牵头,省科协同意,于1982年7月成立了江西省能源研究会筹备委员会。1984年7月在南昌召开成立大会,正式成立江西省能源研究会,迄今她已走过了10年的历程。
The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China channed and chaos, established the ideological line of “emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts” and shifted the focus of its work to the track of economic construction as the center. The domestic energy shortage and the international energy crisis in the 1970s are increasingly being rebuffed by the people of insight in the country. China Energy Research Association and some provinces (municipalities) Energy Research Association have been established. In 1981, Jiangxi Provincial Association for Science and Technology held a provincial energy-saving academic symposium, the participants proposed the establishment of Jiangxi Province Energy Research Council proposal, led by Jiangxi Academy of Sciences, Provincial Association for Science and Technology agreed in July 1982 to set up Jiangxi Province Energy Research Council Preparatory Committee. July 1984 held a founding meeting in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, the formal establishment of Energy Research Association, so far she has gone through 10 years of history.
