吉林省森林资源比较丰富,是全国重点林区之一。全省林业用地面积911.64万ha,占全省土地面积的48.3%,其中有林地面积623.13万ha,居全国第七位。全省活立木总蓄积为75961万m~3,占全国第六位,年生产木材600万m~3左右。近年来,我们在林业部和省委省攻府的正确领导下,在各级政府的大力支持下,经过不断努力,森林资源管护工作有了很大进展,取得了较好的成绩。全省森林资源消耗量开始有所下降,生长量和消耗量基本持平,且
Jilin Province has abundant forest resources and is one of the key forest areas in China. The province’s forest land area of 91164000 ha, accounting for 48.3% of the province’s land area, of which 6231300 ha of forest area, ranking seventh in the country. The total reserve of living wood in the province is 759.61 million m3, accounting for the sixth in the country and annual production of wood is about 6 million m3. In recent years, with the correct leadership of the provincial government of the Ministry of Forestry and the provincial party committee and government, with the vigorous support of governments at all levels, we have made great progress in forest resource management and achieved good results through continuous efforts.
