The Seventh Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee of the Party and the Fourth Session of the Seventh National People’s Congress proposed that the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises should be further invigorated. How to invigorate large and medium state-owned enterprises in the state-run enterprises has become a matter of great concern to the leaders, departments and enterprises across the country. In order to adapt to all aspects of invigorating the needs of large and medium-sized State-owned enterprises, with the support of the State Development Planning Commission and the editorial board of China’s State Planning Management Department, the editorial board titled “How to Enrich Large and Medium-sized State-owned Enterprises” was edited.
