目的探讨不同海拔的西昌和绍兴地区眼部暴露生物有效紫外辐射强度的差异,为眼紫外线防护提供依据。方法采用自行研制的旋转式眼紫外线暴露模型,在晴好天气下,分别在西昌和绍兴进行监测。运用AvaSoft 7.4 for USB2软件和OriginPro 8.0软件进行数据分析和处理。结果西昌和绍兴眼部生物有效紫外辐射暴露强度的日间变化呈双峰分布,西昌角膜、结膜和晶状体的加权UVBE最大值分别是绍兴的1.7倍、近2倍和1.8倍。相同太阳高度角下,西昌角膜、结膜、晶状体生物有效强度均高于绍兴。结论不同海拔两地区的眼部生物有效暴露强度的日间变化均呈双峰分布。相同太阳高度角下,其角膜、结膜和晶状体的生物有效紫外线强度存在明显差异,西昌均高于绍兴。
Objective To investigate the difference of biological effective ultraviolet radiation intensity of ocular exposure between Xichang and Shaoxing at different altitudes and to provide evidence for the protection of ultraviolet light in the eye. Methods Rotary eye UV exposure model developed by ourselves was used to monitor the weather in sunny weather and Xichang and Shaoxing respectively. Use AvaSoft 7.4 for USB2 software and OriginPro 8.0 software for data analysis and processing. Results The diurnal variation of bio-available ultraviolet radiation exposure in the eyes of Xichang and Shaoxing was bimodal. The maximum values of the weighted UVBE of Xichang cornea, conjunctiva and lens were 1.7 times, 2 times and 1.8 times of that of Shaoxing respectively. The same solar elevation angle, Xichang cornea, conjunctiva, lens bioavailability were higher than Shaoxing. Conclusion The diurnal changes of the effective bio-exposure intensity of eyes in two regions at different elevations show bimodal distribution. Under the same solar elevation angle, the biologically effective UV intensity of cornea, conjunctiva and lens were significantly different. Xichang was higher than Shaoxing.
