县级图书馆专业人员素质水平的高低直接关系到图书馆为社会服务的质量问题。对图书馆专业人员的再教育,是不断满足社会与技术进步变化的需要,更是关系到县级图书馆在新形势下继续生存和发展的需要。
The level of the quality of county-level library professionals is directly related to the quality of library services for the community. Re-education of library professionals continuously meets the needs of social and technological progress and changes, and more so it is related to the need of county-level libraries to survive and develop in the new situation.
