为了优化超声辅助酶法提取密蒙花中蒙花苷的工艺,在单因素试验的基础上,以酶解p H值、酶用量、酶解时间及酶解温度为自变量,蒙花苷得率为响应值,通过响应面设计考察各自变量及其交互作用对蒙花苷得率的影响。结果表明:得到的最佳酶解辅助提取密蒙花中蒙花苷的工艺为酶解p H值5.1、酶用量7 mg/g、酶解时间43 min、酶解温度47℃,在此条件下蒙花苷得率达到10.52 mg/g,与预测值的相对误差为0.47%,验证了数学模型的有效性。
In order to optimize the process of ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic extraction of Monascus flower, on the basis of single-factor experiments, taking p H value, enzyme dosage, enzymolysis time and enzymolysis temperature as independent variables, The response rate was calculated by response surface design to investigate the effect of each variable and its interaction on the yield of the glycosides.
