同时用体积描记法和氨冲洗法测定正常组和慢阻肺组患者的FRC和RV,各30例。结果表明:正常组,两种方法测得的FRC无差异(P>0.05),用体积描记法测得的RV较氮冲洗法测出的高,两者差异有显著性意义(P<0.0l);在慢阻肺组,体描法测得的FRC、RV均较氮冲洗法高,差异显著(P<0.01)。作者分析产生差异的原因,发现体描仪测得的ERV较非体描仪测得的明显偏低,且差异显著(P<0.01),提出体描法测得RV值较氮冲洗法偏高,有ERV偏小的因素参与。
At the same time, plethysmography and ammonia flushing method were used to determine the FRC and RV in normal group and COPD group, 30 cases in each group. The results showed that in the normal group, there was no difference in the FRC measured by the two methods (P> 0.05), and RV measured by the plethysmography was higher than that of the nitrogen washing method (P < 0.0l). In the COPD group, the FRC and RV measured by the physical scanning method were all higher than those of the nitrogen washing method (P <0.01). The authors analyzed the causes of the differences and found that the ERV measured by the STI was significantly lower than that measured by the non-STI (P <0.01) High, with low involvement of ERV.
