当前,上海国际港务(集团) 股份有限公司正在抓住建设上海国际航运中心的历史机遇,努力做大市场,做强主业,做响品牌,实现从传统的老港、大港走向现代化国际强港的战略目标。为了加强集团公司人才队伍的建设,有针对性地开展职工技能培训,由集团公司工会牵头,人事组织部、工程技术部、教培中心、技术劳务公司等行政职能部门和有关单位参与,共同组成了课题调研组,就集团公司中、高级技术工人的基本状况进行了专题调研。调研集中在民生、煤炭等16家主要生产单位进行。现将调研所得报告如下:
