一、活动背景2010年6月12日,新华网、中国保护消费者基金会打假工作委员会、中国食品工业协会、中国饮料工业协会,联合多家中国食品企业共同举办2010中国食品安全高层论坛,旨在展现建国60年来,中国食品行业在行业产品发展及企业责任践行等方面的突出成就;同时凝聚众多专家、代表、官员、企业家等的智慧与经验,在《食品安全法》实施一年后,对中国食品安全现状进行分析,对如何应对食品安全问题的挑战、加强食品安全监督和管理,促进食品产业健康发展等话题进行深入探讨和交流,产生了极大社会影响力。
I. Background On June 12, 2010, Xinhuanet.com, China Consumer Protection Foundation Counterfeiting Working Committee, China Food Industry Association, China Beverage Industry Association and a number of Chinese food enterprises jointly organized the 2010 China Food Safety Summit In the 60 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the Chinese food industry has made outstanding achievements in product development and corporate responsibility practice. At the same time, it has brought together the wisdom and experience of many experts, representatives, officials and entrepreneurs in implementing the Food Safety Law After analyzing the status quo of China’s food safety, it has had a profound social influence on topics such as how to deal with the challenges of food safety, strengthen supervision and management of food safety, and promote the healthy development of the food industry.
