我18岁开始学烹饪(在西安市服务学校烹饪专业学习),85年7月分配到西安烹饪技术培训站工作,89年9月经单位举荐有幸考入四川烹饪专科学校烹饪师资进修班学习。毕业后,先后从事烹饪技术、烹饪研究和烹饪教学工作。96年随西安饺子宴代表团赴台参加96年“中华台北美食展”,并获特别奖。98年应澳大利亚北悉尼TAFE学院邀请赴澳进行烹饪学术交流,受到师生和当地媒体很高的评价。
I started to learn cooking at the age of 18 (serving cooking major in Xi’an), assigned to Xi’an Culinary Training Station in July 1985, and in September 89, I was fortunate enough to be admitted to cooking class in Sichuan Culinary Institute. After graduation, he has been engaged in cooking technology, cooking research and cooking teaching. 96 years with Xi’an dumpling feast delegation to Taiwan to participate in 96 “Chinese Taipei food exhibition”, and won the special award. In 1998, she was invited to Australia for cooking academic exchange at TAFE College in Northern Sydney, Australia, and was highly praised by teachers, students and local media.
