进入新世纪,我们面临的问题很多,其中最关键的就是怎样使产业升级.在这方面起重要作用的是人才.究竟需要什么样的人才呢?专家指出需要具有以下四种素质的人才:第一,有新观念;第二,能够不断技术创新;第三,善于经营和开拓市场;第四、有团队精神.教学中教师应加强学生这四个方面能力的培养.
In the new century, we face many problems, the most critical of which is how to upgrade the industry. Talent plays an important role in this regard. What kind of talent is needed? Experts point out that they need to have the following four qualities: First, there are new ideas; second, continuous technical innovation; third, good management and market development; fourth, teamwork. Teachers should strengthen the students’ ability to train in these four aspects.
