Introduce a variety of methods to collect hydrological information from Hydrological and Meteorological Forecast Office of Hydrology Bureau of Yangtze River Commission. These methods follow a certain transmission structure and rules, the original hydrological code modulated into a computer-readable binary code, and then formed in the information processing system of different types of hydrological information for flood control decision-making.
