I. Evolution of the Special Issue on Philatelic Philatelic Model The philatelic collection system has been in existence for over 100 years. The official exhibition of the special philatelic exhibits has more than 80 years. According to records, in June 1863, there were different ways of collecting stamps in the United Kingdom, which are different from the traditional philatelic stamps, namely, the stamps of the same type and the purpose of the stamps. In July 1870 there was an essay in the Philatelic titled “Portrait Post,” introducing a feature post. It was not until 1928 that the famous philatelist Bernard de Fita in Luxembourg formally exhibited his feature set at the European International Mail Exhibition.
