石家庄光明日化股份有限公司是1994年6月由石家庄市油脂化工厂改制组建的。现有职工1300余人,党员294名。作为河北省最大的日化企业,转制一年多来,公司党委紧紧围绕“深化改革、转换机制、搞好企业”这个中心,加强和改进党建工作,充分发挥党组织的核心作用,推动企业驶入股份制发展快车道。1994年底,实现利税超千万、产值超亿元的奋斗目标,肥皂产销量位居全国第二。1995年1至10月,实现利税1059万元,产值11946万元。公司先后被评为河北省优秀企业、省轻工糸统最佳经济效益企业。省委书记程维高视察该公司后,赞扬他们:企业充满活力,这条路走得好。
