蔡先生常年受到高血压、房颤、肺动脉高压和前列腺肥大等慢性病的困扰,每天都要吃各种各样很多药。前不久,他因为感觉身体不适被家人送到医院。医生在诊断时发现情况有点奇怪,按理说肺动脉高压患者腿部多少都有点肿胀,但蔡先生非但腿不肿,皮肤还有点干燥脱水,像是降压药“用猛了”造成的。随后的检查也印证了医生的判断,蔡先生出现了低血压的倾向。
