随着我厂生产发展,铸工车间利用原来旧炉体进行局部改造的远红外油砂泥芯烘炉,不能满足年产80O~1000吨铸件烘泥芯的需要,节能效果受到一定限制,劳动条件和泥芯烘干质量尚未得到明显的改善。为适应生产发展,充分利用热效率,达到节电节能的目的,重点对炉休和烟囱进行改造,收到良好经济效益。下面列表和图示作比较分析: 一、改造情况; 1.炉体部位:详见图1。
