患儿,男,7岁。入院前12小时误服灭鼠药氟乙酰胺炒米1茶匙(为氟乙酰胺溶液浸泡炒米自制毒饵),1小时后即在当地医院给予洗胃、输液治疗,约7小时后出现全身性抽搐2次,经治疗稍有缓解,于1985年4月8日转来我院。体检:体温38.5℃,脉搏84次,呼吸24次,血压88/60,神志不清。面色灰,两侧瞳孔对光反应迟钝,口腔粘膜稍充血,心肺(一)。腹软,肝脾未扪及,四肢强直,两上肢内旋。血常规正常范围。因条件受限未作毒物血清含量测定,心电图示窦性心律不齐。诊断:有机氟灭鼠药饵中毒。予以预防感染,5%水合氯醛肛灌止痉,输液、利尿及补钙等治疗。于入院第2天起患儿逐渐恢复正常,住院5天痊愈出院。

Blood routine normal range. Due to limited conditions, no determination of serum levels of drugs, ECG showed sinus arrhythmia. Diagnosis: organic fluorine rodent poison bait poisoning. To prevent infection, 5% chloral hydrate anorexia spasm, infusion, diuretic and calcium treatment. On the 2nd day after admission, the children gradually returned to normal and were discharged after 5 days of hospitalization.
